| RUBBER
- METAL STRUCTURAL BEARINGS |
|
The rubber-metal structural bearings are made of cured together
consecutive layers chloroprene rubber compound and steel plates.
|
| These
are used as bearing member and transmit the loads from the
superstructure of the bridge to the supporting strut, ensuring
in this way the displacements and rotation of it‘s supporting
sections through the elastic deformation of the rubber plies.
The rubber - metal structural bearings are intended for use
in the temperature range - 25oC and +70oC |
