| GENERAL
PURPOSE TECHINICAL RUBBER SHEETS |
|
|
BASED ON SYNTHETIC
BUTADIENE RUBBER
|
| Rubber
sheets SBR are conventional purpose articles based on synthetic
butadiene rubber. The basic characteristics are good resistance
to thin acids, bases and salts and low resistance to atmosphere
conditions. |
| According
to hardness Shore A of the sheets are two types:
• SBR 50 density g/cm? 1.15- 1.25 Hardness Shore À 45-55
• SBR 70 density g/cm? 1.45- 1.55 Hardness Shore À 65-75
Temperature range of work /-10 äî + 70/?Ñ

Rubber
sheets can be produced according to the customer requirements:
• all rubber (rubber sheets without textile)
• “sandwich type” – with one, two, three or four reinforcing
textile insert/inserts, cotton or polyester. |
According
to the surface appearance:
• both sides smooth
• top side smooth; back side – with textile impression (imprinted
pattern of textile)
• top and back side -– with textile impression (imprinted pattern
of textile) |
Dimensions
of rubber sheets are:
• Thickness, mm - from 0.8 to 12.0
• Width, mm – from 600 to 1200
• Length, mm – from 3000 to 30 000, depending to the thickness |
| The tolerances
of the dimensions are according to the requirements of ISO 3302. |
| The shelf
period of rubber sheets is 1 year. The stores determined for
rubber sheets storage must be roofed, dry and protected from
direct sun-light. Keeping chemicals (benzene, spirit, oils,
etc) near to the stored units is not allowed. The sheets should
be stored in their original packing. |
| BASED
ON NATURAL RUBBER |
Rubber sheets NR are conventional purpose
articles based on NR elastomers.
The basic characteristics are high physics and mechanical
characteristics and good resistance to atmosphere conditions.
Color black.

Technical characteristics
of the sound proofing rubber sheets are:
• Both sides smooth
• All rubber (without textile) |
The tolerances
of the dimensions are according to the requirements of ISO
3302.
|
Basic physics and
mechanical characteristics are:
• Density, g/cm3 - 1.10-1.20
• Hardness Shore A – 55-65
• Tensile strength, MPa – not less than 14
• Elongation at break, % - not less than 350 |
