| Sound proofing
rubber sheets are special purpose articles. The main purpose
is reducing the mechanical and sound vibrations. |
| Sound proofing rubber
sheets are based on synthetic butadiene rubber and a special
chemical (increasing the density of the sheets). Some of the
characteristics are good resistance to thin acids, bases and
salts, low resistance to atmosphere conditions and low physics
and mechanical characteristics. |
According to hardness
Shore A of the sheets are two types:
Temperature range of work /-10 δξ + 70/?Ρ
Color black. |

of the sound proofing rubber sheets are:
Both sides smooth
All rubber (without textile)
Density, g/cm3 not less than 2.0
Hardness Shore A 60-70 |

| The shelf period of rubber sheets
is 1 year. The stores determined for rubber sheets storage must
be roofed, dry and protected from direct sun-light. Keeping
chemicals (benzene, spirit, oils, etc) near to the stored units
is not allowed. The sheets should be stored in their original
packing. |

ABRASIVE RESISTANT RUBBER SHEETS |
The
abrasive resistant rubber sheets are special purpose articles
based on SBR and BR-cis elastomers. The basic characteristics
are good resistance to abrasion and high physics and mechanical
characteristics.
Temperature range of work /-10 δξ + 70/?Ρ
Color black.

sheets can be produced according to the customer requirements:
all rubber (rubber sheets without textile)
sandwich type with one, two, three or four reinforcing
textile insert/inserts, cotton or polyester. |
According
to the surface appearance:
both sides smooth
top side smooth; back side with textile impression (imprinted
pattern of textile)
top and back side - with textile impression (imprinted pattern
of textile) |

RUBBER SHEETS |
Conductive
rubber sheets are special purpose articles. The basic characteristics
are low electrical resistance not more than 10Κ?/ρm and
high physics and mechanical characteristics.

rubber sheets are produced of compounds based on IR-cis and
NBR elastomers and a special conductive chemical. |

| Rubber sheets
EPDM are special purpose articles based on EPDM elastomer.
The basic characteristics are good water resistance, resistance
to acids and bases and good resistance to atmosphere conditions.
Temperature range of work /-10 δξ + 120/?Ρ
Color black.
EPDM rubber sheets are produced all rubber
(without textile).
According to the surface appearance:
both sides smooth
top side smooth; back side with textile impression (imprinted
pattern of textile)
The tolerances of the dimensions are according
to the requirements of ISO 3302.
Basic physics and mechanical characteristics are:
Density, g/cm3 - 1.15-1.25
Hardness Shore A 60-70
Tensile strength, MPa not less than 7
Elongation at break, % - not less than 250

be roofed, dry and protected from direct sun-light. Keeping
chemicals (benzene, spirit, oils, etc) near to the stored

RESISTANT RUBBER SHEETS |
Acid resistant
rubber sheets are special purpose articles based on IR-cis
and BR-cis elastomers.
The basic characteristics are good resistance to high concentrated
HCl and CH3COOH at normal temperature. Acid resistant rubber
sheets are not resistant to high concentrated H2SO4.
Color black.

Color black.
Rubber sheets can be produced according to the customer requirements:
all rubber (rubber sheets without textile)
sandwich type with one, two, three or four reinforcing

are special purpose articles based on NBR elastomers.
The basic characteristics are good resistance to oils and fuels
at temperature 70?Ρ.
